As an App Automation Engineering New Associate, you will be aligned with the Technology for Operations (TFO) team. This team acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations, providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build intelligent operating models. Your primary focus will be on Tech for Operations - Automation in Application Maintenance. This involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations, implementing software solutions, automating manual processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Routine Problem Solving: Solve routine technical problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Interact closely with your immediate team members and direct supervisor to ensure operational efficiency.
- Intelligent Automation: Assist in designing, assembling, and implementing automation solutions involving a combination of AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and custom bots.
