Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Product Management Intern at Eka.care, you will be given ownership of critical initiatives from day one. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, and designers to shape the future of digital healthcare in India. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- User Research & Interaction: Talk directly to real doctors, medical practitioners, and hospital administration teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and operational challenges.
- Product Discovery: Conduct deep research on what features and products need to be built. You will focus heavily on understanding the "why" before jumping into the "how."
- Data-Driven Insights: Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret product usage data. You will use these insights to understand user behavior and identify areas of improvement.
- AI Prototyping: Design and prototype AI-driven solutions to fix broken workflows in the healthcare delivery process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and deployment of product features.
