As an SME Engineer IT, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the internal IT ecosystem. This is not a basic support role; it requires deep technical expertise to handle complex escalations, design robust IT workflows, and implement security standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- SaaS & IAM Administration: Manage and configure enterprise SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta (Identity & Access Management), Slack, Zoom, and other business productivity tools.
