As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will be integrated into the Digital Products and Solutions business unit under the EVP Global Functions organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to design, build, and maintain robust machine learning models and workflows. Your primary objective will be to transform raw data into actionable business insights and integrate AI capabilities into dynamic applications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Pipeline Development: Assist in building, optimizing, and maintaining machine learning and basic Generative AI pipelines, covering data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and inference.
  • NLP & RAG Workflows: Support the development of simple Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) workflows under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Text Processing: Perform essential text processing tasks, including data cleaning, parsing, chunking, and generating vector embeddings.
  • Backend Integration: Contribute to backend APIs (such as FastAPI) to expose ML/AI functionalities to front-end applications.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable Python code following industry best practices.
