Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Junior UI Developer at Bizmatics, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing dynamic, responsive user interfaces for enterprise-level web applications. You will ensure high usability, performance, and visual consistency across all platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and backend Java developers to build and enhance JSP-based web interfaces.
- Converting Figma or design mockups into responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSP.
- Implementing and customizing jQuery plugins such as DataTables, Datepicker, Select2, Tooltips, and other interactive components.
- Maintaining and updating JSP templates and reusable UI components to ensure code modularity.
- Integrating frontend functionality with Java-based backend services using REST APIs.
- Performing cross-browser testing, debugging, and UI optimization for better performance and speed.
- Ensuring consistent design language and adhering to WCAG accessibility standards.
