Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities

As an Associate Engineer in the Test and Validation division, you will be responsible for implementing and improving testing, development, and validation techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to maximize product quality. This role is critical in ensuring that Caterpillar's heavy machinery and engineering systems meet the highest standards of performance, durability, and safety before they reach the customer.
