As a Services Support Associate II, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers. You will operate within a service center environment, which requires high responsiveness, adaptability, and adherence to strict quality standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include producing accurate administrative deliverables, managing complex assignments under tight deadlines, and documenting project activities in specialized workflow tools. You will also be responsible for drafting, formatting, and editing critical business correspondence, presentations, and other documents, ensuring they align perfectly with Deloitte's brand standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with national and local teams, support stakeholder requests across various levels, and manage administrative processes such as time and expense tracking, requests for payment, Swift, and SharePoint activities. Since this role supports global operations, you must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, which include early morning, afternoon, evening, and night schedules.
