Detailed Training & Career Path

The career path at Recruit CRM for the 2027 batch is structured to ensure maximum learning and a smooth transition into professional software engineering. The program is divided into three distinct phases:

  • Phase 1: Internship Program (Months 1 to 3): During this initial phase, you will work part-time for 21 hours per week. This allows you to balance your academic commitments while getting hands-on industry experience. You will receive a monthly stipend of INR 7,500.
  • Phase 2: Traineeship Program (Months 4 to 9): Upon successful completion of the internship, you will transition into a full-time traineeship working 8.5 hours per day. This phase focuses on deep technical execution and feature development. You will receive an increased stipend of INR 20,000 per month.
