As a Trainee Consultant in the Smart Recruiter division, you will undergo intensive training to understand the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and the technical systems that power modern talent acquisition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- System Administration: Assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
