Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Trainee Consultant in the Smart Recruiter division, you will undergo intensive training to understand the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and the technical systems that power modern talent acquisition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • System Administration: Assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • HR Domain Support: Gaining exposure to and supporting key HR functions such as Onboarding, Compensation, Payroll, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with global recruitment teams to streamline hiring workflows and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Generating recruitment analytics, tracking hiring metrics, and maintaining accurate candidate databases.
  • Global Operations: Supporting round-the-clock business operations by working in flexible, rotational shifts (24x7 environment).

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

YASH Technologies is looking for dynamic individuals who possess a strong academic background and a keen interest in HR technologies. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

  • Preferred Degrees: MBA in Human Resources (HR), MBA in Finance, or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech). However, passionate graduates from other streams are also welcome to apply.
